Sweet potato mash

This is so dreamy and creamy and makes a great side dish.

Roast two sweet potatoes in the oven at approx. 190 degrees. This should take around 40 minutes to make sure the potato is well cooked and nice and soft.

Once removed from the oven allow to cool down for five minutes then scoop the sweet potato insides from the potato skins and add to a mixing bowl. The sweet potato should be nice and soft and easy to mash.

Using a for start to mash the sweet potato, add in 1 large tablespoon of coconut cream then sprinkle and mix with sweet paprika seasoning and brown linseeds. Simple but delicious.
