Beetroot and butter bean hummus

Ingredients to blend

Add to a food processor

half a tin of chickpeas
half a tin of butterbeans
juice of 1 lemon well squeezed
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 large beetroot ball
teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Once well blended, serve with crudites such as raw broccoli stems.
